Yes, we are! However, our cleaner is manufactured in overseas under strict regulation & approved by ISO9001, CE, SGS.

In addition, our company Kolen (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd currently holds establishment license certified by MDA as authorized representative, distributor & importer for ophthalmic and optical devices.

What does this cleaner clean?

It can be used to clean all type of soft contact lenses. Remove protein deposited on soft contact lenses and restore oxygen permeability.

Is the cleaner water proof?

Nope, kindly ensure no moisture is present in USB charging port.

How heavy is the cleaner?

43 gram to be specific, even lighter than an egg!

How long does it take to charge?

Typically less than 30 minutes depending on the battery level. The indicator will display steady green light once the cleaner is fully charged.

How long does the battery last?

It can be used continuously for 30 days once is fully charged.

How long does the cleaning take?

3 minutes, the white light indicator will be turned off automatically after the cleaning is completed.

Do i need to use contact lens solution?

Yes, you can use it with any multipurpose solution. Do not use with hydrogen peroxide-based solution.

How often should i replace the compartment case?

We recommend changing the compartment case every 3 months for hygiene purposes. You may remove the compartment case using the pin provided.

Is this ultrasonic cleaning?

Nope, Kolen mini contact lens cleaners are developed using patented core technology to remove 100% protein unlike ultrasonic cleaners that are not able to do so.

Does the cleaner has warranty?

Yes, the cleaner is warranted for 90 days from date of purchase. For more information, kindly click here.
